Dating 101

Dating 101 will change the way participants date forever.  This is a 4-hour interactive class that focuses on how to improve verbal communication and use body language to enhance dating prospects.  This includes reading another’s body language to identify interest level, modify body language to be more approachable, and methods to approach anyone at any time.  The role of technology involving the appropriate use of social media, texting and emogicons, and the art of a phone call will be explored during this class.  This workshop will help Singles determine their needs and wants in a partner so they can identify goodness of fit within the first two dates.  Since anxiety often contributes to poor dating outcomes, anxiety reducing techniques are taught so Singles continue to be themselves and confident within their interactions.  Anyone can benefit from this course.  This class will enable participants to see what 99% of the population doesn’t and they will never date the same again.

Newly Parents

The Newly Parents workshop is a 4-hour workshop for couples about to have their first child. There are a lot of myths and misconceptions about the experience of bringing home your first baby.   Many first time parents believe it to be a blissful time filled with joy and wonderment.  In reality, there are many wondrous occasions and your baby is a blessing, but there is also stress, distress, and potential relationship pitfalls.  In this workshop, first time parents will focus on bonding with their child, finding balance in spite of job/chore/life stressors, strengthening the relationship with their partner, and learning new conflict resolution strategies.  This workshop will help first time parents maintain their intimacy and romance after bringing home baby and at the same time create a home environment that is loving and nurturing for their child.
