Fitness is more than just getting through your daily work out so you can eat dessert. It should be a part of your lifestyle and you should enjoy it (at least a little). This month, we want to throw it back to the good ol' days of 5th grade gym class. Thats right, grab your jump-ropes and tennies and lets get moving!
