Fully Experiencing a Regular Routine

Know the feeling of doing activities do often that they almost seem robotic? And then have trouble remembering if you even did them? The purpose of this exercise is to learn to slow yourself down, even during everyday experiences! We hope that you really can start to notice your routines and begin to fully live in the present moment.
For example: When you are folding your laundry, really notice every aspect of your action.
Don't work too hard, process and enjoy every step! See how much you can blend the physical and the mental in even your regular activities!
