Gluten-Free Vegetarian Low-Calorie
In a large bowl, combine the green and red cabbage and scallions. In a small bowl, whisk together the cider and rice wine vinegars, honey, oil, salt, mustard, and sesame seeds. Pour over the cabbage and toss.
Serve immediately or let it sit at room temperature for up to 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld.
