Chicken Avocado Burritos

Who doesn't love avocados? They are just packed full of vitamins, monounsaturated fats (yay!) and fiber. Not only are they great for you, they keep you fuller for longer and they are delicious. They are arguably the most important part of any proper Tex-Mex concoction, and they certainly bring life to these chicken burritos. We hope you enjoy them as much as we do!
Combine the chicken, avocado, cilantro, and cheese. Spoon onto the tortillas. Add sour cream and salsa to taste. Fold up the tortillas, toast, and enjoy!
Optional: Use cilantro lime grilled chicken or tequila lime grilled chicken instead of plain chicken
