The name of our private practice was purposely chosen.  "Raeda" is the Latin word for coach.  A coach is generally viewed as an expert in a field who trains others trying to learn, or improve, a skill in that field.  You can find coaches in all aspects of athletics, education, and occupation.  Coaching can also be a powerful tool for our own mental health and the health of our relationships.  Coaching can help you create and maintain the highest quality of life.  In addition, coaching can be used to help you bounce back from life’s curve balls.

People are resilient and very able.  However, at times, we can all fall away from our skills and begin to struggle.  Our staff are experts in the field of mental health, trained at accredited universities, and independently licensed unlike the majority of people that call themselves Life Coaches.  We will coach you to achieve your best results through optimization of the skills you already have and the development of new ones. 

Here at The Raeda Group, PLLC, we know the barriers to therapy that people sometimes face.  These often include willingness, stigma, affordability, and so on.  We are here to assist you when you are ready.  We know from years of experience, in multiples treatment settings, with different client populations that this treatment works.
